Travel Information
In order to help you make the most of your race weekend, we are happy to provide you with some useful tips and information to help you plan. Traveling the Sea to Sky highway to Whistler from the south provides an award winning experience in highway construction. The newly completed updgrades to the Sea to Sky highway include more passing lanes (and we mean lots more!), better views, spectacular view points, first nations interpretive kiosks (Cultural Journey), and better access to the communities and parks en route.
Traveling from the north brings you to Whistler via the Duffey Lake section of highway 99. An amazing mountain highway that winds through (and on top of!) wide canyons and past sub alpine lakes and rivers; taking you through the town of Pemberton before arriving in Whistler. Take your time and enjoy yourself there is so much to see, and you haven't even arrived yet!
