The North Face Whistler Half Marathon official soundtrack, powered by Mountain FM, is a user generated mix of the greatest songs to run to.  The contest will have 10 weekly winners - so begin planning your weekly song suggestions now!  We all have our favorite playlists to run to - look at your playlists now and tell us what you want to hear!

We will start taking song entries for the contest on Tuesday October 11th using facebook, so be sure to visit our page, and click the "like" button to stay on top
of soundtrack and other Whistler Half Marathon news.

Here is how the contest will work:
* Tuesday will be the beginning of each new contest week (New Music Tuesday!).  We will post on facebook a call for new songs.
* Anyone, anywhere can play and win!
* Make your song entry for that week by commenting on the WHM facebook posting which calls for that week's submissions.
* Each Sunday at 5pm one song will be chosen as the song of the week and will be announced on The Morning Lift with Craig Stone each Monday morning on Mountain FM.  Not in the Sea to Sky area?  Listen on line to see if your song is picked!
* Each week the person who submitted the chosen song of the week will win a prize and be informed via facebook.
* Each song that is chosen as the song of the week will be included in the official soundtrack.
NOTE:  We are looking for an ALL NEW soundtrack fro 2012 - so we will choose only songs that were not on the 2011 soundtrack - check out the 2011 soundtrack here.
* The remainder of the soundtrack will be compiled using an online voting system after the contest closes - allowing you to have even more input into the official soundtrack.
* Once the voting period is closed, the official soundtrack will be compiled in the itunes store and will be available to download for your listening and running enjoyment.
