Race package pick up will take place at Whistler Olympic Plaza, in the heart of Whistler Village.

Package pick-up times: Friday June 6th: 1PM - 9PM

Package pick-up is required by all athletes, as this is when you receive your timing chip, bib, and race swag. Race Packages will not be available to mail out in advance of the race. If you need to pick up your package on the morning of the event, please proceed directly to Whistler Olympic Plaza between 6:30am and 7:00am on your race day.

Need to authorize someone else to pick up your package?

If so, we need your permission ahead of time. Please fill out this authorization form, and we will release your package to the person you have authorized. Please advise the person picking up your package that they may be asked for their identification.
