Transfer your entry to a different distance or athlete

You are able to transfer your registration to a different distance or  athlete using an online transfer system. Athlete transfers will be accepted in all distances until May 20, 2025. Please note there is a $10 administration fee to transfer to a different athlete. 

Steps to transfer distance:

1. Go to Online Registration Page
2. On the right side of the page, click TRANSFER button
3. Sign in to Race Roster Account
4. Choose new sub event distance that you would like to participate in 
5. Complete transfer forms

NOTE: refunds not made when downgrading to shorter distance

​Steps to transfer to another athlete:

1. Existing athlete finds new athlete to take their spot
2. Existing athlete goes to Online Registration Page (after January 1st 2025)
3. On the right side of the page, click TRANSFER button
4. Existing athlete Signs in to Race Roster Account
5. ​Choose new athlete tab
6. Enter email address of new athlete
7. New athlete watches for email from Race Roster stating transfer initiated.
8. New athlete clicks link in email and completes transfer forms, makes payment (including transfer fee)
9. Original Athlete is refunded once the transfer process is completed by the new athlete.
