Elite Athlete Program

Our elite program is designed to attract top of class runners to The Whistler Half Marathon. Elite runners must qualify using the criteria below and submit this form no later than May 1 to be considered. Elite entries are available in all distances

A limited number of elite entries are available on a complimentary basis. Please note that our elite program offers complimentary registration only, and does not cover travel and other incurred expenses. Each application for our elite program is considered on an individual basis.

Registered elite athletes agree to allow The Whistler Half Marathon to announce their participation at the event’s discretion using all media outlets in print, radio, online, social media etc. Registered elite athletes also agree to conduct media interviews regarding their participation in The Whistler Half Marathon as requested.

Qualification Criteria:

All Athletes
Sub 1:20 half marathon
Sub 2:05 for 30KM
Sub 35:00 min for the 10KM
Sub 18:00 min for the 5KM
