Our 30KM Lost Lake Challenge course loops a very scenic 10km route 3 times - so you can take in ton of amazing non technical single track trail running. The course is primarily on the crushed gravel surface of the trail network in Lost Lake Park. This route will challenge the seasoned marathon runner as well as provide an opportunity for the runner looking to "bridge the gap" between the half marathon and full marathon distance. You will have 4 hours to complete he course. Approx. elevation gain is 630M.
Regardless of your experience in endurance running, preperation will be key, but we promise a course that will be insanely rewarding for all your hard work!
