Spa Run Registration
By purchasing this registration to SpaRun, you accept the following participant waiver and release of liability:
In consideration of Whistler Friends Community Health and Welfare Society (hereinafter referred to as the organizers) and Scandinave Spa Whistler, accepting this, my entry, I hereby, both for myself and my heirs, release from liability, and waive any and all claims for damages (whether for personal injury, death, illness, property damaged and/or property loss) including claims for negligence, which I may have as a result of my participation in the SpaRun, against the following: Whistler Friends Community Health and Welfare Society including its Executive and members, Scandinave Spa Whistler and its directors, the Resort Municipality of Whistler, Whistler Village Land Company, Her Majesty The Queen in the Province of British Columbia, Event Organizers, I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity which could cause injury or death. I should not enter and run nor enter the spa unless I am medically able, and by my acceptance of this waiver, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and I am in good health, and I am properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants or wildlife, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road or trail, exposure to warm and cold environments within the spa and, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that event may be recorded using photography, video, and audio devices and the content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without further consent by me. I further understand that if this event is cancelled due to an event of Force Majeure, no refund of registration fees paid will be made to me and my heirs. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted on your registration.
